How to distribute grandfather's property

Hello! I am pursuing engineering as my problem is My Father is having problem regarding property issue the problem is My grandfather has 5 children 2 sons 3 daughters in regarding this property issue three daughters dont want anything and 2 sons as my father is elder among them The problem is our grandfather own 3 buildings for which the distribution is The elder one getting one house and younger one getting 2 houses one in the favour him and other in favour of his daughter(grand daughter) as i am elder grandson and my grandfather died and his wife(grandmother) gave the property to younger son in fav of gift deed and another one is for his daughter and another building wich is yet to be registered Is given to my father (elderson) The probelm arises is The value of the property varies as the younger son getting the property morr and elder getting less As one of the properrty is gift deed what we can do? we cant get any Share our grandmother is concluding i wont give you anymore onlythis
