How to disown stepdaughter from property

My father in law want to disown her step granddaughter from all her ancestral properties,how can my father in law disown her step granddaughter as my husband got divorce 5 years back?what is d procedure my father in law follow to disown her step granddaughter in all ancestral properties?
No there is no such procedure as the said grand-daughter has all the legal rights to claim her share in the ancestral property. She can file a partition suit for claiming the same. Thus, your father-in-law can not alienate her Grand-daughter.
