We have a land, my grandfather entered a agreement with two developers (let developer be A & B) they came into partnership with each other(i.e. is A & B) for our land but now the one of the developer (Developer B) left the project ..Agreement between them and us is not register.. So according to law the agreement between us and them is valid or not and under what parameters agreement is valid and invalid ?? And now only Developer A has dragged us to court. Developer B has agreed and came with us..
