How to deal with verbal abuse by neighbor

I have been mentally abused by two of my neighbours almost daily. I have installed a loft tank for water storage which I did with permission of all the members of the apartment. Now these two threaten me that they would cut the water supply if I don't remove that. Please help me face this to have a permanent solution.

If your installation of tank is legal and it is not subject to questionable you can very well use it off, moreover if the neighbors are making any problem pertaining to that it amounts to nuisance and you can very well approach the Police if the severity of the nuisance is more.
