How to deal with blackmailing son

I have self owned house and 3chidren elder son is 2nd floor,now he is struggling vith me asking vacate house in 1stfloor or half share off selling home he torturing me more now ,now I want to vacate him give me suitable answer .i am senior citizen if I fail a case how long to happen to vacate him .give me good suggestions please
If the house property is your self acquired asset then you have absolute right to enjoy it as you please and dispose off as you feel. You need to explain the kind of torture he is giving to you to give you any advise.
