How to convert co-ownership in a property to sole ownership?

A property buy nd constructed by one person bt on paper 3 person r owner. Now they claim for property.so,how to come out from this problem.

Dear Client...
the one in whose the registery is the actual owner of the property ...
detail advice can be made only after over going through the documents

Respected questioner,
As per the law you have only right to claim your shares in joint property but suppose you have invested more money then you can claim more shares. If you claim while property on the basis of sole purchasor and constructor of house then you are violating law and government has prohibited benami transaction. Might be chances of seized your property. Feel free to call me for better assistance.

As urs query your two co owner inthe property are claiming right in the property which has made u uncomportable.As per law all three owner as registered on deed have equal right over the property no one can claim absolute right over it.As u should file a petition on district court to divide property equally between each owners.contact for further
