How to claim my share in fathers property which is occupied by brother
15-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My father was died and total property occupied by his brother from their parents and registered have any chance to take my share from him pls kindly inform me a suggestion
You can file a suit for partition against your paternal uncle for claiming your father's share since you are his legal heirs. If your father died intestate then his share in the property will devolve on all his legal heirs in equal proportion.
