Mujhe apne pati ke hatho bikti ja rahi agricultural land ko bachane ke liye case karna he jo ki pustaini he or srab or ek widhwa orat ke chakar me do sal ke andar uska maximum hissa karib 45 lakh ka bech chuke hain. jiska proof jmin ke dastawej khud hain.. Mere do bacche bhi hain jo ki abhi nabalig hain . Hindu dharm ke anusar mera hak nahi banta ki me apna hissa maag saku . Par baccho ka to hisa hoga ..baccho ke nabalig rahte kya koi case kiya ja sakta he . kyuki agar kuch na kiya gaya to sab kuch bik jayega or yaha kheti hi ekmatr sahara hai.Kya kiya jaye?

1. Since the property is traceable from the great grandfather of the seller it is ancestral in nature.

2. Ancestral property cannot be sold unless all the share holders have consented to the sale and such consent is reduced to writing.

3. You should have verified the antecedent title of the property before purchasing it.

4. Your children have an indefeasible share in the property unless they executed a deed of relinquishment.

Aap baccho ke nabalig rehte bhi baccho ke taraf se ek case dalwa sakti hain ki property agricultural hain aur usko bechne na diya jaye. Aap kisi acche waqil se jsambandhit kagajat ke saath miliye jo dewani (civil) ke mukadme dekhta ho.
