Discuss among yourselves and mark the quantum of property each one will get, draw a rough sketch and make a Partition Deed get registered with sketch. Subsequently independently each one can sell to their desires. [Make three set of Partition Deed and Sketch get registered and each one will get on deed.
OR
Collectedly fetch the party, sell the property and share the amount among yourselves

your question is not clear. how many brothers and sisters you have and how can you say it is joint property. is it not ancestral property. is it not self acquired property of your parents.
if only you and your parents are the members then you will get half share.

Every person born in the joint family has valid right to claim his equal share. If it is the joint family property, you will have absolute right to claim share equally i.e. divide it by number of heads, i.e., father, if your father had a son and if your father had a daughter, the property can be shared equally into 3 shares.
