How to claim equal share in mothers property by daughter

We have a house property in goa on my mothers name.we are three brothers.my mother has not divided this property equally to us.i am the younger and staying in Baroda.elder brother is staying Goa house who has taken more part of the house.my mother 9 years back verbally said that ready rooms will be divided in two parts and one part is open land in the same plot conditioning whoever take land other 2 brothers will give some money to him to build rooms but as i chose land, till both bro are not ready to give me any money.mother also saying whatever i give you want to take or not.pl advise what can i do to take equal right,she has made affidavit but till today no paper has given to me so i dont know how much part divided among three brothers.can i demand mother to divide equally n also money as i took only land.also can i take action legally from Baroda only. pl help me.
