How to change ownership names on property papers

13-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father purchased a land way back in the 1980s. He was a major that time when he purchased it. The land papers are in his and his two, then, minor brothers' name. Now, when those brothers are major, they are not in good terms with my father. Is it possible for my father to gain the single ownership of that property?

1st tell me in ROR how many peoples are there. If in ROR two brothers and your father are there then you file the petition for correction of ROR. But in single ownership i think you discuss more about this fact because you shortly just mention so how can I justify.

Since the brother's have now become major, they shall now be deemed to be the co-owners of the property. In the event your father desires to be in single ownership, the options left with your father are to either ask his brothers to execute a release/relinquish deed in favor of your father thereby relinquishing/releasing their portion in the property in favor of your father or else they can also gift their respective portions in favor of your father, by way of which the sole ownership would automatically stand in respect of your father upon them having relinquished their share of ownership.
