To change the property in your name all other property owners have to gift their share to you by gift deed and register the same. You can then apply for change in municipal and all other records and utilities.

u have apply before city survey department for mutated ur name of property card I.e. akhiv patrika
all necessary documents are required for mutation ie. sale deed old and new, tax receipt, affidavit, electric bill, id proof , in case ur legal heirs of deceased person then death certificate is necessary.
