How to buy a flat and how much should i pay in Cash?

I want to buy a resale flat which is of 95 lacs ..the owner is demanding 20 lacs in cash and 75 on paper legally.I am a normal service man how do I manage giving 20lacs cash.? Pls suggest me some way.I have money in my bank but I cannot withdraw such a huge amount at a time.I also want to sell my current flat in which I am residing now for 65 lacs.what procedure should I follow? Pls suggest me a good advice.

U should not give anything in cash..its always advisable to do white transaction ..u can sell ur flat and then dat consideration u should invest in buying new flat ..where in u can avoide ur capital gain tax.

First of all, paying or accepting this much of case itself is illegal, And now a days the chances of facing the inquiry is very likely. Hence, do not involve in such cash transaction. And it is always advisable to do the entire transaction by cheque. Consult a good lawyer.

There were several options available to you in the real estate sector. Don't with draw such huge amount of case and pay in cash to builder. You can search the better option available in the market. Regards
