Dear Sir I have purchased a flat and registered my name as per pm awas yojana flat should register with lady name so can I add my wife name in registry or any other options so I can get subsidy Regards Rahul

File an amendment before the registrar of properties to add the name of your wife in the sale deed along with an application for computation of the stamp duty accordingly and get the same registered the process will take some reasonable time
