Sir,
In the instance , the property acquired through partition by your father , which is ancestral property , will be. divided equal shares among the all legal heirs i.e. 4 shares 9 2sons and 2 daughters )

sir,
in ancestral property all will get equal shares, daughters and sons. in your share the all children will get equal shares. if they married also. so the property share got from your father, the children will share equally from that.

SIR/ MADAM,
PLEASE POST YOUR QUESTION MORE CLEARLY. PLEASE MENTION ABOUT THE LAND WHETHER IT IS SELF ACQUIRED OR ANCESTRAL. IF IT IS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY YOUR STAND WILL BE DIFFERENT AND IF IT IS ANCESTRAL YOUR STAND WILL CHANGE ACCORDING TO HINDU SUCCESSION ACT.
