It is my best advice for you that you will have to fill suit for partition and declaration for ownership on your share in the property, if you are aware about the fact that how your grandfather acquired the property if your grandfather acquired the property in lieu of ancestral property which he had in the possession from where you came in 1975 and indian government has given the property in "verified claim" then properly will be ancestral property and you will succeed in the suit becouse your grandfather would have no right to transfer the property by will or any other methods ignoring the share of other family members at the time of the death of your grandfather, and if your grandfather acquired the property in lieu of personal property which he had in the possession from where you came in 1975 then properly will be personal property and your grandfather would have right to transfer the property by will or any other methods and in this situation you will have to prove that your grandfather died without any will and property automatically transferred in all the family members in equal share otherwise you will not succeed in the case.
