Hi sir, I have a NA Land which my father had purchase with family partnership in 1993 and on that land the kabja is of 1 partner he is not allowing to sale that property & i m in need of money what can i do???

You shall have to file a suit for declaration or if you are a partner in the firm you can dissolve the partnership firm and ask for distribution of assets once the accounts are settled.

your father had purchase with family partnership in 1993 and on that land the kabja is of 1 partner, you can sue against the all sharer of the land ,suit for partition , and you get the proper demarcation partition , then you sale the property, other wise u do no delivered possession to the purchaser
