How daughter can claim parent's property if no record available

my wife is nomine of her parental prop. by vasiyat but her brother destroy these paper and no record is found in regstry off. i have no paper to claim due to demage all paper by him how we can claim.
You should file criminal suit against him for destroying of a registered will an you also should search the document copy in registrar office by name and period of execution. And also file a civil suit to claim your wife's share
