How can we take down the Towers from the Society?

the Secretary had installed a tower in the Society without any prior information. now the tower has been installed. we were not informed nor the chairman is? what can we do to take this tower down?
First will have to see the byelaws of your society and rights and power of Secretary. Still without prior permission one can not install such towers so u can immediately file complaints before local municipal corporation and local police station.
Or else you can also sue them before civil criminal court of law.
