How can we get partition of our agricultural land in our village

My father are 4 brothers, we are living outside from last 30yr from our village. Now when we are saying to partition of our land then those are agree but they are offering us to take which have least value. this is common account number. and this land already transferred to all 4 after our grandfather passed. How can we do in this case legally? And they are also refusing our sharing in tubewell which also named of my grandfather. Please help..
