me and my brothers are legal hires of my father property but my father married to another woman she had a doughter we are first wifes sons ,she wants share on property file a case aginest me ,my brother my quation is is she get share my father property or we get what we wants
Daughter born out of second marriage of your father will get equal shares similar to you and your brothers.

if you want in your fathers property, you have to file case in the court for partition and separate, the court will pass orders and after that you will get fathers property. if it is self acquired property your father can give whom he wants. if it is ancestral property you both can file case.
