Dear Sir Mere grand father n mere father aur uncle ki galat chalchalan k KARAN unhe apni property se bedakhal kar diya tha jiski copy unhone village k kaheri aur thane dono m submit bhi ki thi aur news paper me advertisement bhi karwaya tha.aur mere grand father n mere liye stamp paper me ek varasat bhi ki thi jisme saari property mujhme aur mere bhaiyo k naaam ki thi aur caretaker m meri Maa thi, but mere grand father ki death k baad mere father aur uncle me meri Maa ka DRA dhamka k sare kagaj le liye aur paise khilake kachaehri me sari property apne aur apne naam likwa li

Hii.. As per your query I would like to suggest you to first you may obtained a certified copy of your will and on the basis of aforedaid file a declatory suit in a district court while telling all your grievance along with the news articles published by your grandfather and also make an oath
