How can we claim in maternal ancestral property

my maternal uncle sold his ancestral land to other person in few lack uncle belong to sc and person who buy belong to st category .now my uncle and uncles son take this property from buyer bcoz this property can't transfer to other person so plz tell me how can take this property ,ancestral land abhi bhi uncle k nam hi dikha raha h

Dear friend as par your question and according to law sc land can not sold other cast because coverd by section 42 b rajasthan tanancy act 1955 only agriculture land and supreme court also observed many judgement s so with out all papers and evidence i cant suggest you
