How can take stay against guest house construction near to my house?

how can i take stay against guest house construction near to my house? it is in resident area. can i take stay against it? if it is possible, please tell me the process for it.
Move an application for same in the office of District magistrate, Nagae aayukt/VC of development authority and SSP then approch High court immediately in writ.
It will take some time if you will delay or else approach the authorities n then immediatly contact an advocate to filing of writ with all the documents of property u have n applications.

Yes you can.you have to go to collector office and give written application about this one to take action.or you can take stay from court.court will issue a order to stop construction of guest house.the rules is clear no body can construct any commercial property in any resident area.
