How can my mother transfer the property in my name

Dear sir my mother have own name house and she want to transfer property on my name how it transfer without registration fees or stamp duty i am living in Gujarat please advice if property transfer on my name i have to pay registration fees or stamp duty or any other way and in Future my two brother no claim on the property waiting for your reply

Any mode of transfer shall attract stamp duty, i am afraid there is no way out of that.
However, if your mother is willing to transfer the said property to you by will than upon her death you shall get the property without paying stamp duty.
Has your mother executed a will yet? If yes than who has she given this property to? Is she willing to change her will? These questions are relevant and should be considered.
