How can I take back property byana from seller as could not buy home

I have paid 12 lac byana to buy a property but for some personal issue I could not buy it , now how can I take my money back from seller.

you must have a receiving for the money you have given him. send him a letter/notice asking for the money and if he does not respond or return the money then file a suit for recovery. also file a police complaint.

While paying the bayana, you must have gotten a receipt of the Rs. 12 Lakhs paid to the seller. That receipt is proof that you've paid the amount to the seller, and you're legally protected to take that money back from him, even if not in full, then a major part of it.

inform the person what else ??inform him through proper modes and channel write it to him!!if still he is not refunding the money then a suit for recovery can be filed against him and same can be taken to civil court.
