How can I stop selling of my land after sale agreement is made?

I had agreed to sell my land to a person to which i had taken token money of Rs100000 from him and had executed the sale agreement. now the person is not paying the remaining money. and as he is delaying it i dont want to sell the land. what can i do now. can the sale agreement be revoked?
Dear Sir/Madam, you have every right to forfeited the advance amount and cancellation of sale agreement against the buyer if sale agreement is over by issuing a legal notice to the buyer for the same. You can save your property this way only in legal...If you want my legal advice and service I will do it.
