How can I stop my wife from selling Property which is in her name?

me and my wife are not living together. i had bought a property in her name. the registry is in her name. we can built some differences now. she wants to sell the property. how can i stop her from doing so. we are not divorced yet.
As I am not aware about the documents you are eqipped with but you can take a stay on the disputed property if you can show and convince the court that your wife is not the sole person who is in possession of that property and you are also in the possession. Secondly also prove that it was bought by your hard earned money and prove it by showing her bank statement and yours. Thirdly if she is not staying with you then kindly file restitution application in family court
