You need to file s petition under domestic violence act and seek injunction against him from disposal of the property...show this as if u are residing in it and seek a protection order for residence under the act apart from other reliefs...this will b done easily..
Further ask ur son to file a case for partition if he supports u

So far as the father is alive, they don't have a right to claim anything in the property, if is only after the death of the father, the right in the children will get accrued.

Children can ask for partition of the property through court of law, in which an application of stay can be filed and an interim injunction can be obtained from the court of law, which will restrain your husband to sell the property or creating any kind of third party interest.
