Hi
Before your daughter's marriage, you can do the transfer of properties by way of gift/partition to whomsoever (including the daughter who is getting married) so that the properties are transferred to individuals much before the marriage.

if you partition the properties before marriage, probably the other side who is getting married for property will get disappointed and also call off the marriage as they will not be able to get the entire property(since you have already transferred the properties).

Please be informed that in accordance to Hindu succession act, a women's property is her absolute property.

Also now that there are very aggressive laws like 498A, Dowry prohibition act , Domestic violence act etc, men need to be cautious failing which they will spend life time in jail.
Hope this helps.

HI,
sir if it is your self acquired property you can do what you want
you can make a will, gift or donate to any to any organisation in
all these circumstances your daughter will not get any thing and she
can not claim her share in those properties.
sir please be cool and have some patience everything will be o.k.
don't take any emotional decisions.
