How can I purchase a property under dispute

I want to buy one office around 250sf in south mumbai office premises. Building has landlord and ownership disput between two parties.and matter is in court.how i can buy this property without land lord permission and rent reciept.

Taking into consideration the above facts.Legally speaking the property cannot be purchased as it is under dispute. It is also not recommended to buy such properties. Because if there is any order passed by the courts regarding the case and if the tenant loses. You will have no other choice but to vacant the premises. As you will be in illegal possession of the property. And the money you have spent to purchased is also syphoned off.


However even then if you want to buy the property. You can buy the property at a low rate. And then transfer the tenant right to your self. There after as a tenant you have to fight out the case. If you lose the property is gone. If you win the property is yours.

You need to give public notice in local news paper for the same. If you want to purchase it legally then you need to contact men for the same.
