How can I protect the relinquishment deed?

Parents expired Relinquish deed was prepared 3yrs. Back. How should l now protect it from sister&her husband. Deed was signed by the beneficiary& her only son as wittness. Kindly advice

If its an ancestral property then your sister can claim her part. If it was self acquired property by either of your parents then your sister has not rights.
