How can i get the property I Purchased but was in the name of wife

29-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I purchased some property in the name of my wife when we are in good relationship , Now we are living separately. After we separated she files some case on me, While She is examining in the court she accepted that " the property purchased by my husband on my name ". That case Dismissed in the court.......Now I filed a civil case on my wife for my properties , Now while She is Examining in the court she changed her tone , She answered that " The Properties belongs to me and my family ". so based on her changing tone may i have any possibility to get my properties 100% back in my name...???

After abolishing of Benami Property Transaction Act in the year 1988,your wife has absolute right over the property. It does not matter you provided money when purchase the property.During her life time she can sell, gift mortgage as she like, after her death if she leaves the property in her own name then your children will succeed it,not now.
