How can i get the flat registration done.

Wanted to register my flat and the sales guy is telling that i need to pay a bribe of 15k to get my flat registered. How can i get my flat registered without paying bribe
No bribe is required if the the property & papers both are in order. Registration is a routine process if it is a property purchased directly from the builder. However a Sale Deed is prepared by a lawyer who will charge a fee for the services.
