How can I get share in my grandparents property

'A,B' are my grand parents they have 2 children's{'D'(male),'T' (female)} 'A& B' are having 5 acres+home ,this property was assigned to 'D'( male) & 'A, B' are expired expired,Now 'D' having 5 children's ( "B1,B2,S1,S2&B3")( 'B1,B2,B3' means Male ,'S1,S2' mean female ) Now all are married ,last 'B3' was married with S2 daughter .Now main problem is 'D& M' are ready to give all property to 'B3& S3' .so is it possible&any solution for remaining 'B1,B2'presently all properties are on 'D&M' names and they have right now 15acres.So kindly provide legal guide

not sure what you mean when you say assigned. Is it by inheritance (father to son but with no document) or by way of partition /gift deed (father transferring the property to the son through a document).
if it is inheritance then D&M cannot make any transfer to B3 and S3 without the consent of B1,B2,S1 AND S2 as all of them have rights and shares in property.
if it is through partition/gift deed, need to see the wording of the document. but generally if D has got the property through Partition and gift deed, then they can transfer the property to B3 and S3 without the consent of B1,B2, S1 and S2.
