How can I get my share in my grandmother's property

my name is reddy.i am a physically handicapped person with age of 28 years.i am unmarried.my mother got marriage on 1987.we are hindu .my mother and i faced several problems from my father,grandmother,uncle,aunt etc.my mother put a dvc case,498a case on my father.my grandmother,father,etc has planned to sell our 2 floor house to some body.but we did not agree.money lender has put a case on my grandmother of amount 30 lakh .money lender having a promissary note and house documents.money lender,grandmother,father etc are against my mother.what are the rights we have to get share on that house.

Since it is your grand mother's property, she should file a case against the money lender first.
Moreover a woman's property is her absolute property and normally these are not ancestral property in which the son's, daughter's, grand children cannot claim any rights.
with reference to your rights and your mother's rights, your mother can file a suit for attachment of property (grand mother's property) in lieu of maintenance and then using this attachment order can negotiate for your share on that house.

HI,
what is the status of the cases which your mother filed against your father. if they are pending
your mother can ask her share in the property by way of filing petition in DVC case and your
mother can also obtain residential order from the court in this property.
your mother can ask the share in the property of her husband as well as in laws under DVC act.
money lender case against your grand mother is a different issue and you are not concern with that case.
