How can i get compensation for lands taken over by forest department

Can I get compensation to the lands taken over by forest and revenue dept., after converting inam land to raithawari patta after abolition of inam land under 1963 inam abolition act. I don't know to what extent land taken over or what is 1/5th of my late father's extent. Our lands are in Denkanikota taluk, Krishnagiri District. TN.
