How can I get Certified copy of deeds sold in our land

It depends on which place the deed was registered. Whether It was district headquarter or a sub divisional office. If it was registered in district headquarter , then it will take some time to trace out the deed. If it was regsistered in any Sub division or A D S R , then that will take more time, as that deed might have been sent to District Headquarter or District Register or sub register.

You don't have to do anything...we will do it for you but it will be bit costly...as it is old.. But why you need a certified copy? Are you not getting the original etc? I am a bit curious, anywhich ways to contact us through Lawrato. I represent a law firm in Kolkata high Court.

Dear client ,
you can get the certified copies of the sale deed from the concerned Registry office by giving the details of the Deed such as deed no., volume no. and year of registration.
if you dont have the details then you can give searching in the concerned Registry office stating the details of the Vendors and purchaser with details of the property and year of registration and thereafter you can avail the certified copies of the deed of sale.
