How can I claim share in my parents property after their death

Hello, I've 4 siblings - after my parents death my two elder sister file case against my (only) brother. Now they are ready to settle the case out of the court. Now they are telling me that will not give your share of property. So please tell me what I should do to get my share. Can they sell the property without my signature. They are about to sell the property. Thank you. My religion is hindu I've two elder sister, one elder brother & 1 younger sister.
ur parents executed Will deed.
as per will ur signature does not matter for any documentation.
If you are evicted from the property, as per will. you will have to part and challenged the will deed.

Have u made out of court settlement with your brother? Why they don't to give any share to you. What case did they filed against you? No they can't sell that property without your signature & consent too. Before they sell the property you need to file case against them for partition and declaration and get stay order from the court.
