How can I claim share in my husband's property

Hi I am a housewife, i have one son and 2 daughters. My husband is a businessman and he owns 2-3 flats, shops and shares. he wants to transfer it to his son and have not given me anything for my security. He has made my son as a nominee of everything. So far he has not made a will, but i suspect he will and give everything to my son and his wife. Is there a way i can make him give some share to me for my security. please let me know all possible legal ways. thanks
