You better give some more details like, the nature of property, when your father bought it, whether your mother has any separate income ? and when you came to know of the gift deed ? and whether your father is okay with the gift deed ?

Yes you have a right to claiming your share from ancetral property, kindly contact and discuss more and file a suit and get remedy. All relevant documents need to be required. Recent supreme Court verdict is applicable.

The property which was gifted by your mother is self acquired property of your father which he transferred in your mother's name then you don't have any right in the said property. If your father has ancestral agricultural land then you have right in that property and also your sister and you can't deny her right in the property unless the partition is done before 2005 where the Hindu Succession Act 1955 amended give the co-persanary right to the woman in the ancestral property.
