How can I claim my mothers property

my mother got house direct from government house 30x40 house am take care of my mother since 7year after marriage,all so ,my three sister marriage settle in her husband house all rich ,now my mother transformer her own house for me but am 4th daughter of my mother any issue in case pls tel me
If your mother has transferred the house in your name through a gift deed or has made a will bequeathing the house in your name, only then no other sister of yours can claim the share in the house property. But in other cases your 3 sisters can claim their share in the house property after your mother’s demise.
