How can i acquire share in my grand fathers ancestral property

14-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand father had ancestral property. He had two sons- my father and his brother. Each got share of property. My father has 5 sons. My father's brother also has 5 sons. My father's brother passed away in 2007. He always wished that his share of property should go to me. Now can i execute the oral will with the comsent of 5 sons of my father's brother and acquire his property. Should i acquire by way of will/inheritance/gift

Dear Sir/Madam,

You can execute will of your father but before that you should make relinquishment deed between you & 5 sons of your father's brother against that property because you will be safe legally in future if your consins claim his share in property.

Oral will is not valid in law. You need to take release deed from your cousin brothers if you want to acquire that property legally. For more information revert back to me for details solution for it.
