How can grandson claim share in grandfather's property?

Ji sir mera name he mera dada ji ke pass 60 biga jmin he or unke 3 byta he jinme se ak byta ( my father) ki death ( 2000) me ho gi or my mother ne kisi or se saadi kr li or me jb se hi apny mama ke pass rhti ti or pir dada ji ne meri saadi kr di he may 2017 ko .thow mujy dada ji ke property me se isha milyga ya nhi Kuki vh jmin ko caca ke name krwa rhy he agr caca ke name krwany ke baad agr me cash kru thow mujy mera isa nhi milyga kya Plz help me

In the given facts it comes out that property you mention is ancestral property.you are successor of your father and derived right in property.you have legal right to get your share in ancestral property.

Sabse pahle to apko ye batana hoga ki apke dadaji ki property unki self purchased he ya unko viraasat me mili he,agar property unhone khud kharidi he to ap kuch ni kar sakti ho...lekin agar pusteni he to ap claim kar sakte ho

Yes, apko apke Dada g ki jamin m hissa milega.....Hindu law k anusar apke dada g ager abhi jinda h to apka bhi hissa h unki property mai...aap chaho to baad m bhi case kar sakte ho...three yes tak kabhi bhi case kar sakte ho
