Housing Board/ Himachal Pradesh Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA)

12-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)

I purchased plot from HIMUDA in 2004 and constructed my house there in 2008. It is plot/ House No. 1. In the site plan supplied at the time of allotment there was not any colony gate in front of my House. But Now HIMUDA intend to construct colony gate in front of my house just at a distance of 20 ft. It will cause me disturbance through out day especiallly during night when visitors will blow horn for opening the gate or so. is there any provision for restraining the HIMUDA from construction of this gate infront of my house.
