House trespassing and forcefully possession what action can i take

What can we do? If someone or few people broken my house's lock where i am currently not living and all papers and record with me. And forcefully living there from few days, so what action we can take. And how long it will go.
First you have to file a FIR in the nearest police station and then ask them for eviction and then if they still deny to vacate the property then you will have to file a suit for eviction. Consult a lawyer for further proceedings.
