House transferred to stepmom without informing children what to do

24-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Property which father has right now is the same property which was earned at the time of my mother. mother died 1990 and he married other woman(she already been married to 2 persons before not sure whether she was not living with them but not sure about the legal divorced). no children's to her. we all 3 sisters got married and went. every time father use to say the whole property will be given to us in oral but nothing documented. Now in 25 Jan 2017 has transferred the 1 house on her name as 0302 gift settlement which is more costly than the other house. My Question. 1. from what date this deed is applicable. 2. do we have any right to file against it.what are the legal action we can take as this was action without our intimation. Hindu Religion.

See if the property is self acquired property of your father , then he can deal with it in whatever manner he likes. The gift made to any person ( whether step mother or anyone) is valid. The self acquired property of any Hindu devolves on his legal heirs only on his death and that too if he dies intestate( means without writing a WILL).
