House made by father registered on mother name can she deny my share

06-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Father had self made property. Father expired 8 years back in 2008. We are 5 sisters and one mother. When the house was made it was registered in mother's name. Now the mother is planning to sell the property. Mother is now saying that she will not give me anything. She saying when i die you'll get it i wont give it to you. By law can i claim any share in the property? Or can mother dispose property as per her wish?

Hi, a womens property is her absolute property . She can deal with the property in any manner she likes. In the event of she not leaving any will, the property will be divided equally amongst her heirs.
