House constructed on uncle's land how can i transfere it on my name

Hi, I have approached my uncle in 2014 and requested him to give me some land to construct the home. He agreed and shown me the land to construct the home and he said he will get the land registered on my name within 2 years time. Even I agreed and constructed the home by spending more than 30 lakhs. But now he and his family are threatening me saying we will not register the land and also threatening me saying they will demolish my home during night time and kill me and my family. I need legal help to get this land on my name before they demolish my home.
Is there any agreement between you and your uncle for purchasing this land?
Did you purchase this land by paying any amount and do you have any evidence for payment or this transaction?
What is the basis that you have constructed the building in the property?
Was there any demand made by your uncle now as a price for the land given to you?
If he has made any demand, why dont you negotiate the price and get it registered on your name?
