Can I take home loan on my name and registration in another?
Technically, a home loan is given to the owner of a property. Some NBFCs or Housing Finance Companies will lend to a person whose name is registered on the property, if their cash flow is good. They may also accept his spouses second name if they are able to prove that the property belongs to the wife. 26-Sept-2022
